This duck would not get off the road. The poor old fellow was honking away at it, but it still wouldn't move. Finally the guy from across the road walked over to move the duck. And me...I was watching this when I finally remembered I had my camera handy!

Last day of winter - and spring has already arrived!

Geese

Every spring this couple of geese comes back to our place along the slough to nest and have their young.
